Co-Sell Partnership Lead

About the Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Co-Sell Partnership Lead who can develop and execute revenue growth strategies through strategic partnerships. As a key member of our sales organization, you will work closely with our team to identify and attract partners that can deliver co-sell solutions driving broader customer adoption of Microsoft technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with co-sell partners to drive revenue growth
- Develop go-to-market plans from partners' perspectives and work with partners' management to identify and drive opportunities to land sales across geographies
- Leverage understanding of emerging industry needs and competitive landscape to identify and attract partners delivering co-sell solutions driving broader customer adoption
- Work with services leads to take action based on feedback to impact strategic change
Requirements:
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful co-sell partnership strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Familiarity with Microsoft's compliance policies and procedures
