Senior Data Scraping Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical leader to drive our data scraping initiatives forward.

  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in IT scraping, with at least 2 years leading a team of 5+ developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Scraping Solutions - Design and develop scalable data scraping solutions using tools like Scrapy and Python libraries.
  2. Team Leadership - Lead and mentor a team of 5+ developers, managing project timelines and deliverables.
  3. Captcha Handling - Implement advanced blocking and captcha-solving techniques to bypass scraping restrictions.
  4. Automation Expertise - Conduct source code reverse engineering and automate web and app interactions.
  5. Proxy Management - Manage proxies, IP rotation, and SSL unpinning to ensure effective scraping.
  6. API Integration - Maintain and improve API integrations and data pipelines.
  7. Code Quality - Ensure code quality through effective version control, error handling, and documentation.
  8. Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution.
  9. Performance Monitoring - Monitor performance and provide solutions under high-pressure environments.
