Financial Service Representative

The Role & Responsibilities of this position are focused on acquiring new accounts from a designated branch catchment area.
- To acquire new current and savings accounts, high-quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates is required.
- Once accounts are activated, users must link their UPI, ensure minimum balance requirements are met, manage the portfolio by increasing wallet share of banking products such as insurance, mortgages, unit-linked products (UL), SIPs, mutual funds etc.
- Effective participation in corporate induction and migration events across the catchment area is essential.
- Establish strong working relationships with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from small and medium enterprises.
- Implement low-cost marketing strategies around the catchment areas for lead generation purposes.
This role requires candidates who can effectively:
- Aquire new business leads through quality sourcing
- Upsell banking products to meet sales targets
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal teams
- Participate in marketing activities for lead generation
