Travel Experience Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a liaison between our company and its customers.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for catering to the travel needs of clients, with a focus on enhancing their experience and acquiring a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage domestic and international bookings, including flights, rail, and visa services.
  • Provide information on products and services, such as health regulations and insurance.
  • Handle refunds and cancellations of domestic and international air tickets.
  • Coordinate ticket issuance and utilize bonus miles and rewards for clients.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Coordinate with clients, implant teams, and servicing teams.
  • Assist in follow-up invoicing and recoveries.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research issues, and provide solutions and alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.

Competencies:

  • Effective communication skills and active listening.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer reservations systems, GDS systems, and e-traveling.
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
  • Passionate interest in geography and strong domestic and international travel knowledge.
  • Ability to assimilate information and pay close attention to accuracy and detail.

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate with a Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience with a travel management company.
