**Job Opportunity:**We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to fill the role of Director - R&D. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead our research and development team.**Responsibilities:**
  • Lead a team of 2-4 development members, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Design scalable and flexible business rules frameworks that enable the team to work efficiently.
  • Develop new and enhanced functionality in strategic decision-making modules, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Research and select existing business rules frameworks and software tools to leverage for solutions.
  • Design and integrate implementations for such frameworks or similar engines with existing platform-based applications.
  • Hands-on design and development of technical artifacts, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
  • Create high-level designs (HLDs) and assist the team in creating low-level designs (LLDs), promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in managing teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically.
  • Proficiency in designing and developing business rules frameworks and software tools.
