As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the development of cutting-edge solutions for the financial services industry.

Our team is seeking an experienced Power Platform Solution Architect to join our platform architecture group and contribute to the design, implementation, and governance of our products built on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and system configurations, recommending optimal technology solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Architect, design, and develop scalable enterprise applications using the Microsoft Power Platform stack, including Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Establish technical governance frameworks, define standards, and drive best practices and guidelines on the Power Platform.
  • Provide thought leadership on new and emerging technologies, such as Azure Open AI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Copilot Agents.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with other systems using Azure Data Factory Data Flows, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Custom Connectors, and REST APIs.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and performance optimization for Power Apps solutions.
  • Implement Power Platform ALM strategies using tools like Power Platform Build Tools and Azure DevOps to streamline development, testing, and deployment processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications">

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with the following qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or Computer Science.
  • Professional certification in CRM or equivalent certification in agreed-upon timeframe.
  • Hands-on experience with the Microsoft stack (D365/Power Platform), cloud application architecture, and low-code/no-code app delivery approaches.
  • Strong understanding of low-code/no-code solutions market trends and value propositions.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business processes and propose effective solutions.
