Cloud Infrastructure Expert

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Infrastructure Expert to design and implement cutting-edge hybrid and multi-cloud architectures. This role involves leading cloud transformation projects, driving cloud governance and security frameworks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement hybrid cloud (AWS / Azure / GCP + OpenStack / KVM / Ceph) environments that meet the needs of our organization.
  • Lead cloud migration initiatives to lift and shift workloads, re-platform applications, and modernize infrastructure for better performance and scalability.
  • Manage multi-hypervisor environments (KVM, VMware, Hyper-V) to ensure seamless integration and high availability.
  • Develop and enforce cloud governance, FinOps, and security compliance frameworks to protect our organization's assets and maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Integrate software-defined storage (Ceph, Object Storage) solutions to achieve scale and performance in our cloud infrastructure.
  • Build and deploy multi-cloud and hybrid cloud architectures for enterprise workloads that support business growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate with DevOps and Security teams to design and implement cloud-native solutions (Docker, Kubernetes) that enhance efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, ARM) to ensure consistency, reproducibility, and version control in our cloud infrastructure.
  • Ensure High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) strategies are in place to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of cloud security architecture (IAM, encryption, segmentation, firewalls, ISO/SOC2/GDPR) to safeguard our organization's data and systems.
  • Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot hybrid environments using tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK to ensure optimal performance and resource utilization.

Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of experience in cloud infrastructure and architecture.
  • Strong expertise across public (AWS/Azure/GCP) and private (OpenStack/KVM) cloud stacks.
  • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, and multi-cloud security.
  • Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and mentoring skills to drive successful cloud transformation projects.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and optimization capabilities to resolve complex cloud infrastructure issues.
