Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Excellence: Develop high-quality designs that exceed expectations, pushing the boundaries of creativity and innovation.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with AiSensy's brand identity and values, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all digital platforms.
  • Visual Storytelling: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to visually communicate complex concepts through infographics, illustrations, and animations, bringing ideas to life in a captivating way.
  • Creative Development: Stay up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to keep designs fresh and innovative, always looking for new ways to improve and grow.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality output, delivering results that exceed expectations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create visually appealing assets that enhance user experience and engagement, driving business growth and success.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3+ years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in SaaS or a digital-first environment, with a strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design work across multiple platforms.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and other design tools, with a strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience with motion graphics or animation is a plus, but not required.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative vision, highlighting your ability to think outside the box and push the boundaries of design excellence.

  • Creativity: Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for producing high-quality work that exceeds expectations.
  • Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality work, with a focus on delivering results that meet or exceed client expectations.
