Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that drives brand awareness and customer engagement.

You will develop and execute a social media strategy across multiple platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. This includes creating and curating content, monitoring performance metrics, and sharing insights to inform future decisions.

In addition to your social media expertise, you will also have the opportunity to work with our design and content teams to roll out creative campaigns that grab attention. You will bring events to life on social by developing pre-event hype, live coverage, and post-event storytelling.

As a Digital Content Specialist, you will be responsible for translating technical updates and product features into engaging, bite-sized content. This includes creating memes, infographics, carousels, reels, and other types of content that resonate with our audience.

You will also partner with our cybersecurity experts to develop thought leadership series, customer stories, and security awareness campaigns that educate and engage our audience.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for building a strong digital presence for our brand, sparking conversations, and translating complex topics into compelling content.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a social media or digital content role
  • Flair for writing clear, witty, and engaging copy
  • Solid understanding of Twitter and Instagram dynamics for B2B marketing
  • Familiarity with scheduling and analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social
  • Strong visual eye and experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple deadlines
