Job Title: Data Innovation Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and innovative professional to join our team as a Data Innovation Manager. This role will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying custom data analytics solutions that drive business value and improve health outcomes.

In this position, you will partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, design and develop cutting-edge analytics, and translate technical results into meaningful information for non-technical stakeholders.

You will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, pioneer new technologies and methodologies, and take ownership of relationships, projects, and goals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data analysis and interpretation using SQL and data visualization tools
  • Designing and developing complex SQL queries to extract, filter, and aggregate data from relational databases
  • Collaborating with data architects and business analysts to ensure data integrity and integration requirements
  • Developing and maintaining ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources
  • Implementing data quality checks and validation procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a SQL developer or similar roles
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational database systems
  • Solid understanding of database design principles, indexing strategies, and query optimization techniques
