Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Workday Data Conversion Specialist Consultant to lead the successful migration of data into our systems.

This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and seamless transition from legacy systems to our new platform.

The ideal candidate will have experience with data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices, as well as exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems.
  • Create extracts and advanced loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system.
  • Identify anomalies in data and rectify conversion errors.
  • Develop and utilize data mapping tools to support conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Certifications:

  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (optional).

Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role.
