About the Job

Our company is looking for a talented individual to lead our data migration initiatives. As a Data Migration Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive data migration plans that ensure seamless integration with our SAP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute data migration strategies, mapping, and conversion rules.
  • Analyze and profile data from source systems to identify quality issues, anomalies, and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with business users to understand data requirements and validation criteria.
  • Lead data cleansing and transformation activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and conformity to SAP standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proficient in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
  • Knowledge of SAP data structures and data models.
  • Proficiency in SAP S/4 HANA implementation methodologies, configuration, and customization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
