Performance Marketing Expert

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Expert to plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across various platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing ad budgets efficiently, developing A/B testing strategies, and monitoring campaign performance on a daily basis.

This is a performance-driven role that requires strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with creative teams. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably with fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and conversions.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies for creatives, audiences, and placements.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager and Content team to ensure ads align with brand storytelling and visuals.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with metrics like ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CAC.
  • Ability to collaborate with creative teams.
