Cadence is looking for a seasoned IT Operations Manager to lead our Global Operations Center based out of India. As a key member of our team, you will oversee Service Desk, Monitoring Operations, L2 (Windows & Unix) Operations, Network Operations Center (NOC), and Security Operations Center (SOC). With your expertise in service desk management, monitoring, and IT infrastructure management, you will drive operational efficiency and service delivery excellence.

About the Role

This leadership position requires a deep understanding of IT operations, service delivery, and security. You will lead and manage the Global Operations Center team, developing and implementing strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing staffing, overseeing the Service Desk team, supervising the Monitoring Operations team, leading the L2 Operations team, overseeing the NOC team, and managing the SOC team.

Key Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Service Desk operations, monitoring, and IT infrastructure management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
