Responsibilities
• Manage the Managing Director's schedule, including arranging meetings, events, and appointments
• Organize and coordinate team meetings and events, ensuring timely reminders and agendas
• Record, transcribe, and distribute meeting minutes accurately
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the relevant personnel
• Generate Management Information System (MIS) reports for Coordinators and Business Unit Heads
• Prepare, edit, and finalize documents, presentations, and correspondence
• Plan and arrange business travel, including booking flights and accommodations
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly text processing software and Excel spreadsheets, to streamline tasks

Requirements
• Excellent skills in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel are essential

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience, preferably in the IT sector
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
