Job Title: Supply Chain Reporting Data Analyst

At IN19 Alcon Laboratories (India) Pvt Ltd Company, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Reporting Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Global Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for analyzing large data sets to drive data-related insights, maintaining Tableau reports, implementing data quality controls, and troubleshooting data issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support all day-to-day publication activities for GSC analytics dashboards to ensure all dashboards are published on-time and with no/very minimal issues
  • Analyze data to generate prescriptive and descriptive insights to drive supply chain performance
  • Create and maintain rich interactive dashboards in Tableau by utilizing data from multiple data sources like SAP BW and Amazon Web Services
  • Create and maintain ETL workflows by utilizing Alteryx
  • Serve as gatekeeper to ensure accuracy and completeness of data by developing and executing data quality controls
  • Liaise with Global Supply chain teams to gather requirements and fulfill any data-related queries
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Analytics
  • At least 2 years experience developing/maintaining dashboards in Tableau
  • At least 2 years experience developing/maintaining workflows in Alteryx
  • At least 2 years experience in database querying languages (SQL) and/or statistical programming language (Python, R, SAS) is a preferred
  • At least 2 years experience utilizing data warehouse technologies like SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse, Amazon Web Services (Athena), or Snowflake
  • Understanding of supply chain concepts and pharma experience is preferred
  • Experience in agile methodologies utilizing Jira/Confluence is preferred
  • Advanced English
