We're currently looking for a Data & Analytics-Supply Chain to join our team in Bangalore, India. As a Consultant/Sr. Consultant at NTT DATA Supply Chain Consulting, you'll work in small teams of analytical thinkers and supply chain experts to help clients design, manage, and deliver analysis-driven supply chain recommendations.

Responsibilities:


  • Design, manage, and deliver analysis-driven supply chain recommendations for clients
  • Perform data ETL, build supply chain optimization models, execute and evaluate supply chain scenarios, and perform data analytics on input data
  • Work closely with project managers to gather, transform, analyze, summarize, and report client data
  • Engage and collaborate with client teams to identify data issues, solution review and acceptance
  • Identify and communicate issues that may impact project schedule or quality
  • Contribute to the design of the optimization model, build models according to specifications, develop comprehensive output reports from optimization scenarios, and own discrete elements in the project
  • Work closely with project managers to design, develop, and integrate material for client presentations and support the project manager during presentations to the client
  • Identify and communicate ways to improve NTT DATA Supply Chain Consulting analysis tools and techniques
  • Develop and maintain positive client relationships, refine problem-solving and consulting skills, and support marketing and talent acquisition

Qualifications:


  • Master's degree or equivalent from a leading institution in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related major
  • Two or more years of experience in using quantitative methods to analyze supply chain decisions
  • Expertise in tools/packages such as Excel, Access, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, R, SPSS, SQL, Python, etc.
  • Advanced skills in managing large data via relational databases
  • Track record of playing a pivotal role on supply chain projects, preferably in Supply Chain Design and Inventory Optimization
  • Experience with LLamasoft Supply Chain Guru, ToolsGroup SO99+, JDA Supply Chain Strategist, and/or IBM LogicNet Plus, or similar supply chain modeling environments
  • Experience working with teams in multiple geographies and cultures
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently
  • Reside in or be willing to relocate to Bengaluru, India, with some travel to client sites
