Overview:

As a seasoned Supply Chain Solutions Consultant at Blue Yonder, you will lead the implementation of AI-driven global supply chain solutions software products. With a strong background in supply chain management and a passion for innovation, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of supply chain solutions software products, ensuring smooth and efficient integration between technical and functional system requirements.
  • Develop and implement AI/ML algorithms in supply chain planning and optimization, leveraging expertise in statistical forecasting and data analysis.
  • Collaborate with project teams to design and execute business process analysis and design workshops, resulting in optimized supply chain solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on industry best practices and process methodology, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to users and management, showcasing the value of Blue Yonder solutions in facilitating customer business processes.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of experience in supply chain consulting, with a strong background in supply chain planning and optimization.
  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research, or a combination of Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience.
  • Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with leading supply chain planning solutions, such as Oracle or SAP.
  • Strong business analysis skills, understanding of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, and awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain.
  • Current or prior experience working in management consulting or supply chain excellence settings, with a strong track record of delivering results.
