Overview:

  • Lead the implementation of AI-driven global supply chain solutions for a leading software product company and one of Glassdoor's "Best Places to Work".
  • Seeking an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in supply chain management and the ability to work with multiple cross-functional teams.

Scope:

  • Work with project teams to ensure smooth and efficient implementation and integration of technical and functional system requirements.
  • Deliver projects in faster go-lives using agile methodology and lead faster deployments focused on value delivery.
  • Work as a functional liaison between project teams and key customer executives, with knowledge of Blue Yonder solutions such as Inventory Optimization, Order Promising, and Supply Chain Planning.
  • Have working experience of AI/ML algorithms in supply chain and work with all levels of Blue Yonder associates in developing functional specifications, analysis of user needs, and testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist project managers in planning efforts, including detailed project plans and task details based on the specific phase/need of the project.
  • Communicate and/or support business cases to product management groups and product development regarding specific trends for future product functionality and enhancements.
  • Expert in developing/utilizing AI/ML algorithms in statistical forecasting space and working experience of R, Python packages.
  • Represent Blue Yonder in industry conferences and workshops, execute projects single-handedly with high delivery quality, and facilitate/lead business diagnostics, process analysis, and/or design workshops.
  • Develop functional business process test scripts and prepare for and conduct customized end-user training workshops.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of hands-on experience as a business consultant providing supply chain solutions for customers, either as a customer of Blue Yonder or as a consultant implementing Blue Yonder solutions for customers.
  • Advanced degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or Operations Research, or a combination of Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience.
  • Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, SAP, or leading ERP.
  • Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, SCM concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain, and relevant industry certification from APICS.
  • Current or prior experience working in management consulting organizations or supply chain centers of excellence, skill set and availability requirements as per the organization's needs, and knowledge in performance tuning techniques.
