Job Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to perform business analysis functions. This role involves gathering, interpreting, and analyzing data across various business units, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making through effective reporting and business insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, interpret, and analyze data to derive business insights and track performance metrics across departments.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, finance, and technology teams to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Support business case development and proposal evaluations.
  • Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements for technical teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling).
  • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of business process documentation and requirement gathering techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
