Technical Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations leadership, you will play a crucial role in driving operational excellence across our assigned plants.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and improving plant productivity, ensuring optimal equipment efficiency and identifying areas for improvement.
- They will serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for packaging, filling, process, and utility equipment, providing engineering solutions and setting Production, Quality, and Utility-related KPIs.
- In this role, you will plan and design layout finalization, equipment sizing, validate all equipment P&I D and GA drawings, and manage project management activities.
- You will coordinate commissioning, qualification, and validation of newly installed equipment/lines, conduct daily, weekly, and monthly plant performance reviews with CFT members, and maintain portal hygiene.
- The ideal candidate will identify and execute opportunities for technical upgradation, capacity improvement, and efficiency enhancement, discover and implement operational cost-saving initiatives, and perform regular manufacturing location audits.
- Additionally, you will ensure asset care through 100% uptime maintenance, prepare schedules, and follow best practices, negotiate ARC and AMC terms with OEMs, and support EHS and Legal teams to maintain 100% compliance and achieve KPIs.
- Strong technical background and experience in operations management
