Job Title: Workday Enterprise Solutions Architect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire talent lifecycle in Workday, from recruitment to retirement.
  • Develop and lead cross-functional initiatives to drive successful Workday product deployments.
  • Enhance the employee experience and optimize interactions with Workday modules.
  • Promote the Workday platform across the HR applications landscape.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and People Operations teams to align on objectives and programs.
  • Lead the research, design, development, testing, and delivery of new Workday capabilities.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience implementing or managing Workday solutions.
  • 5+ years of observing multiple WD tenant health and transforming solutions to improve data integrity, performance, and integration with other HR products.
  • 5+ years of configuring Workday HCM, with demonstrated functional and technical expertise.
  • 5+ years of supporting other Workday products (Recruiting, Compensation, Talent, Performance, Learning).
  • Deep HR domain knowledge and ability to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
  • Able to thrive in a complex and technically ambiguous environment.
  • A proactive focus on quality and execution in a fast-paced culture.
