Lead GenAI Engineer

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced GenAI Engineering Team Lead to drive the development of our AI Agent platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing the architecture, implementing complex features, and overseeing product releases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement efficient system architecture aligned with overall strategic vision
  • Take ownership of delivery timelines and coordinate complete development of software products
  • Communicate clear goals and manage, coach, and support cross-functional engineering teams
  • Maintain high standards of code quality through regular design and code reviews

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in architecting and scaling AI Agent platforms with measurable adoption metrics
  • Strong knowledge of conversational AI systems and evaluation frameworks
  • Deep experience with retrieval optimization, reranking, chunking, and knowledge graph pipelines
  • Track record of scaling services to 200K+ monthly active users or equivalent scale
  • 4+ years of engineering experience with demonstrated leadership in technical decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in Node.js and modern front-end frameworks (Vue.js/React/Angular) is a plus
