Leadership Position: AI Platform Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our AI platform team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and leadership, with the ability to mentor junior engineers and drive the development of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a robust platform for large language models (LLMs) that meets the needs of our business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategic roadmaps and provide technical guidance.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables, leveraging your technical expertise to drive success.
  • Mentor junior engineers to develop their skills and capabilities, ensuring they can build high-quality software.
  • Drive the implementation of best practices for distributed training jobs, data quality, and model performance.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • At least 2+ years of experience in engineering management.
  • A proven track record of designing, building, and scaling production applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep customer empathy and a passion for building an open financial system.
