Key Responsibilities

As a City Manager, your primary goal is to establish and maintain strategic partnerships with hospitals and medical professionals.

You will lead a team of sales professionals in their respective cities or regions, focusing on achieving sales targets, optimizing field effectiveness, and promoting professional growth.

Develop innovative financing solutions by identifying patient needs and introducing EMI-based options at partner hospitals.

Promote awareness and adoption of our platform among hospitals and patients, enabling them to access instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.

Establish revenue goals and manage both the crowdfunding and lending pipeline on a weekly and monthly basis.

Provide valuable market insights on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to help refine our lending solutions.

This role offers exposure to India's rapidly growing fintech/health-tech ecosystem, a high-impact position with direct influence on healthcare accessibility for patients, and a diverse and inclusive work culture focused on purpose-driven growth.

The ideal candidate should possess 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment, along with experience in team leadership and sales target achievement, and a willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Preferred candidates will also have experience in retail financial services (e.g., selling loans, EMIs, insurance) and background in managing large field sales teams or partner networks.
