About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team at Centrico India Private Ltd (Ex-Sella India). This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to take on a challenging role that requires expertise in application security, vulnerability scanning, and penetration testing.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in ArcSight using SIEM, Vulnerability Scanning and Penetration Testing, and OWASP TOP 10 methodologies on Application Security. Strong scripting knowledge and experience in leading security penetration testing programs across web applications and mobile applications are also essential.

Responsibilities
  • Perform regular and on-demand vulnerability scanning of application source code to identify security vulnerabilities.
  • Assess newly identified vulnerabilities to determine their potential impact on the enterprise.
  • Provide regular reporting on vulnerabilities and other security metrics to the IT Risk Team.
  • Act as a project team member within internal projects to ensure that information security controls of existing application systems / new applications being developed/acquired and deployed within the organization are adequate to meet business needs and in compliance with organizational policy and other regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity with expertise in application security products and tools like application firewalls, application scanners, and database access monitoring tools.
  • Ability to manage critical situations as part of daily BAU and willingness to work effectively under pressure to prioritize project and BAU tasks per need/criticality.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior team members and timely escalating problems.
