Job Title: Customer Service Executive
We are looking for a motivated and skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer queries, and working closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing complete information about our products to customers
- Solving all product or service related issues of customers
- Preparing customer service guidelines
- Keeping a record of customers
- Giving the right pitch to potential customers to convert them into sales
- Maintaining and updating customer information regularly
- Providing best possible solutions to customer queries
- Making products and services reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Requirements:
- Should be confident and dynamic
- Should have a bent towards sales
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Good persuasion skill
- Efficient in converting customer interest into sales
- Good negotiation skills
- Team player
- Quick learner, creative, and achiever
- Passionate about work output
Desired Skills and Experience:
- SSC or higher education
- Fresher or experience
- Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English language
- Basic computer skills
