Job Title: Inventory Management Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires a strong leader to manage the parts department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and validate purchase orders with the sales manager or head of sales
  • Follow up on spares and equipment dispatches to ensure timely delivery
  • Guide the purchase officer in placing purchase orders
  • Track and report on all offers and tenders submitted
  • Liaise with departments to ensure timely billing and dispatches
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Prepare and secure approval for sales orders
  • Brief management on key areas, including escalations and non-adherence to protocols
  • Ensure efficient operations of stores and purchase functions
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Environment:

This role is based in Navi Mumbai, India and requires full-time work from an office location.
