We are looking for an experienced Sales Growth Specialist to join our sales team. As a Sales Growth Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities. Your primary focus will be on researching and identifying key decision-makers within target companies, primarily in the HR department.

You will need to have a strong understanding of HR technology and be able to communicate the value proposition of Apna's solutions effectively. Additionally, you must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as fluency in Hindi.

The ideal candidate will have 6-3 years of experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) role and a proven track record of successfully targeting HR personas. You will be working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies.
