Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with our services and expertise.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our marketing solutions.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture relationships and drive conversions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals effectively, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Keep detailed records of leads, calls, and progress in CRM tools, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: 0-2 years in sales, business development, or telemarketing (experience in a marketing agency is an advantage).
  • Strong communication skills: Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
  • Cold calling expertise: Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients, with a track record of success in this area.
  • Target-driven mindset: Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals, with a focus on delivering results and driving revenue growth.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and LinkedIn outreach tools, with experience using these platforms to drive sales and marketing efforts.
