We are a results-driven creative marketing agency working with international clients across various industries. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a Sales Growth Specialist who specializes in lead generation, cold calling, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to generate leads and drive revenue growth.
- Identify and qualify potential clients to ensure alignment with our services and expertise.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value of our marketing solutions.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture relationships and drive conversions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals effectively, leveraging your excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keep detailed records of leads, calls, and progress in CRM tools, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 0-2 years in sales, business development, or telemarketing (experience in a marketing agency is an advantage).
- Strong communication skills: Ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
- Cold calling expertise: Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with potential clients, with a track record of success in this area.
- Target-driven mindset: Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals, with a focus on delivering results and driving revenue growth.
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and LinkedIn outreach tools, with experience using these platforms to drive sales and marketing efforts.
