As a Business Finance Manager, you will be responsible for providing financial insights and strategic analysis to drive business outcomes. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and operational strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Collaborating with operations, sales, marketing, and product teams on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
  • Leading the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly reporting processes.
  • Analyzing variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets, and presenting findings with actionable insights.
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and business drivers.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and management reports.
  • Identifying cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
  • Monitoring spends and ensuring alignment with financial targets.
  • Preparing accurate and timely financial reports for senior management.
  • Conducting business case analysis, ROI modeling, and scenario planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA/CFA is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience in business finance, FP&A.
  • Strong understanding of financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight deadlines.

Preferred skills:

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of operational metrics.
  • Ability to present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Experience in similar industry is a plus.
