The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of key accounts, achieving monthly sales targets, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts to drive business growth.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and upsell/cross-sell potential within existing customers.
  • Coordinate pre-sales and post-sales follow-up activities.
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and monitor market trends.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably in Ed Tech, Education, and Software/SaaS industries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Adaptable and thrives in changing environments.
