About the Role

As a key member of our R&D Automotive Engineering Team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge automotive software projects with passionate global teams tackling real-world challenges in automotive and next-generation electric mobility.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for getting to the heart of customer issues, diagnosing problem areas, designing innovative solutions, and facilitating deployment, resulting in client satisfaction.
  • You will develop proposals by owning parts of the document and providing inputs in solution design based on your expertise.
  • You will plan activities, configure products according to design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design.
  • You will conduct solution product demonstrations, POC workshops, and prepare effort estimates that suit customer budgetary requirements and are in line with organizational financial guidelines.
  • Actively lead small projects and contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives with the objective of providing high-quality value-added solutions to customers.
Technical Requirements
  • 12 years of experience in the Automotive industry with at least 10 years as an Architect designing Automotive components and systems.
  • Deep experience in designing and building ECUs.
  • Experience of Automotive domains: Infotainment, Power Electronics, Body Chassis, ADAS.
  • Good working knowledge of SDV and prior experience in SDV is compulsory.
  • Strong communication skills and broad knowledge of standards, patterns, processes in the Automotive industry.
  • Experience of Automotive standards and processes like AUTOSAR, ASPICE, FuSA, SOTIF, COVESA, and SOAFEE.
