Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development lifecycle of pharmaceutical products, applying data-driven strategies to inform product and marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market analysis and sizing, cohort studies, risk stratification, and KPI modeling to optimize business strategies.
  • Develop and optimize automated data pipelines to enhance reporting efficiency and deliver actionable insights.
  • Create interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate analytical insights into scalable solutions that drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in commercial patient analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation of real-world healthcare datasets.
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualization tools.
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.
  • Experience with predictive modeling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.
