Job Role: Senior Process Analyst

  • This is a critical position for supporting the Financial Systems Team, Accounting Center, and Divisional Finance and Operations teams in delivering financial reporting and accounting processes.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in Record to Report (R2R) Reconciliation. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting knowledge in Indian Accounting, Fixed Assets, and Statutory Audit, with exposure to US GAAP considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis and reconciliation of converted data from branch agency management systems to central divisional systems.
  • Implement and test agency management system upgrades and production maintenance, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Provide support to users on production issues related to agency management system accounting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external development teams to resolve production issues and implement new functionality.
  • Develop and coordinate training programs to educate finance and accounting users on new Epic functionality and reports.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of finance and accounting reports in agency management systems and ancillary reporting systems.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive accounting system procedures and testing documentation.
  • Organize electronic files for the accounting center as per established guidelines.
  • Assist members of the Financial Systems team with various projects, audits, and duties as assigned.

This role will involve working closely with multiple teams to ensure effective delivery of financial reporting and accounting processes.
