Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to support our finance operations, with a strong background in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Conduct daily financial audits, ensure accurate financial records, and adhere to policies and procedures.
- Prepare and issue management reports as required.
- Reconcile credit cards daily and post to the system.
- Review and audit discounts provided by departments.
- Collect and count cashier envelopes daily with a witness.
- Record all amounts received in the General Cashier Daily Report.
- Manage and reconcile petty cash, disburse cash after verifying requests, and maintain a register of petty cash advances.
- Supervise staff to ensure effective operations.
- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliations and assist with financial reporting.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
