Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to oversee day-to-day operations, analyze revenue and accounts receivable, and prepare detailed financial reports.
Key Responsibilities:- AR/AP Management:
- Lead the complete AR/O2C process from start to finish.
- Establish strong relationships with customers, addressing billing or payment concerns in a professional manner.
- Financial Analysis:
- Monitor cash flow by analyzing accounts receivable aging reports, identifying potential risks, and developing strategies to minimize bad debt and maximize cash collections.
- Identify revenue leakage and implement processes to bridge the gaps.
- Reporting and KPIs:
- Prepare and analyze accounts receivable reports, metrics, and key performance indicators for management and financial reporting purposes.
- Publish dashboards for management, including ageing reports, cash flows, revenue growth, etc.
- Candidates who can build strong automated processes and drive related outcomes are preferred.
- CA with 4-6 years of work experience in B2B setups is essential.
- IFRS/Ind-AS experience is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities are required.
