Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented functional engineer with expertise in data analytics platforms.

The ideal candidate will play a critical part in the migration of enterprise data solutions, ensuring business continuity, data integrity, and performance optimization.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and collate analytics and reporting requirements.
  • Analyze and conduct feasibility studies to validate these requirements.
  • Collaborate with the capabilities team to identify source systems, source data sets, and source tables needed to fulfill the requirements.
  • Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional design documents.
  • Perform unit testing of the solution and support user acceptance testing.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Migrate enterprise data solutions from HANA to Snowflake.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance in the new Snowflake environment.
  • Collaborate with data modelers and data engineers to develop technical solutions.
  • Facilitate communication between business and IT teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics or data engineering roles.
  • Understand supply chain business processes.
  • Experience working on analytics-related projects and implementation.
  • Good exposure to SAP ERP systems like ECC or S/4HANA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
