Job Title: Curriculum Implementation Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Curriculum Implementation Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient delivery of curriculum across our programs, ensuring consistent quality and timely rollout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and standardize operational processes to support seamless curriculum deployment and maintenance.
  • Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain high standards across all curriculum materials.
  • Serve as the bridge between curriculum development, technical teams, and teaching staff to ensure aligned execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • ~2+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in education or EdTech.
  • ~ Strong project management skills with experience in process design and implementation.
  • ~ Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and quality.
  • ~ Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • ~ Proficiency with project management tools and learning management systems.
  • ~ Passion for education and student success.
