Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing, automation scripting, and DevOps tools. They will be responsible for designing and developing test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers and product owners to ensure the highest quality software products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze requirements and technical design documents to provide feedback.
  • Develop detailed and comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
  • Design and develop automation frameworks and scripts using Selenium, Robot Framework, or other tools.
  • Implement manual and automated test cases, identifying defects and discrepancies in the application.
  • Prepare and maintain test documentation, including quality metrics and test case development guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners, to ensure seamless integration of testing efforts.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on experience in software testing and automation scripting.
  • Strong experience with testing of web applications and familiarity with defect tracking tools.
  • Working knowledge of programming languages, such as Java or Python, and experience with performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and container networking.
  • Understanding of API testing, REST Assured, and experience with Postman.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of communication protocols, such as OPC UA, Modbus, or TCP/IP.
  • Experience with Scrum methodology and Agile principles.
  • Knowledge of security verification tools, such as CIS-CAT Pro, and secure coding practices.
