Senior Project Manager - Construction

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to oversee the implementation of our high-profile construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex projects, with a strong background in RCC and steel construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tender Review and Technical Analysis:
    • Examine tender documents and drawings for strategic decision-making purposes.
  • Develop site logistics plans and implement efficient project execution methodologies.
  • Plan resources including labor and plant & machinery for seamless project implementation.
  • Prepare and present technical submissions and presentations to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Substantial experience in managing large-scale construction projects in the Gulf region.
  • Strong understanding of structural design and engineering principles for innovative solutions.
  • Familiarity with latest construction technologies and fast-track execution methods for timely project completion.
  • Knowledge of plant and machinery used in construction for efficient resource planning.
  • Expertise in modern formwork systems and erection techniques for cost-effective designs.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with project teams.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering for a solid foundation in construction principles.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in the construction industry, with substantial experience in the Gulf region.
