About the Role:

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the robustness and efficiency of our systems. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying potential system issues early and implementing preventive measures to enhance system resilience.
  • Automating processes to eliminate manual effort and enable rapid, secure deployments.
  • Solving complex problems at scale through root cause analysis and prioritizing improvements in the SRE backlog.
  • Optimizing system performance using programming and scripting expertise.
  • Mentoring and growing peers, championing best practices, and driving innovation.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in computer science, engineering, or related fields, and 2-4 years of experience in operations, DevOps, or software engineering. Essential skills include proficiency in Java, Python, Bash, or similar programming languages, as well as hands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with cloud-native platforms and container orchestration is also highly desirable.

Preferrable qualifications include Azure Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator, or Microsoft Cloud Certified – Professional DevOps Engineer, as well as experience with AppDynamics, Splunk, or other monitoring/APM tools.
