We are seeking a talented System Reliability Engineer to join our Cloud & DevOps practice.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building and maintaining resilient AWS architectures with automation and multi-region failover.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SRE principles, including SLIs, SLOs, SLAs, and error budgets, to drive reliability and reduce toil.
  • Implement resilience patterns, such as retries, throttling, circuit breakers, and graceful degradation, to ensure high availability and minimal downtime.
  • Configure end-to-end observability pipelines using CloudWatch, Dynatrace, and Grafana to provide real-time monitoring and insights.
  • Develop automation and self-healing workflows using Python, Node.js/TypeScript, Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge to minimize human intervention and optimize resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support AIOps adoption for anomaly detection, AI-driven triage, and automated incident workflows.

Requirements:

  • Deep hands-on experience with the AWS serverless stack, including Lambda, EventBridge, Kinesis, Firehose, S3, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, RDS.
  • Strong coding expertise in Python and Node.js/TypeScript for automation and development.
  • Experience with IAM, Security Groups, Secrets Manager, resiliency automation, and chaos testing.
  • Knowledge of ECS/EKS and data observability is a plus.
