Device Engineering Leader

We are looking for a talented and experienced Device Engineering Leader to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in device physics, process modules, yield improvement, failure mechanisms, analytical techniques, and TCAD and compact modeling teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve project completion within timeline and cost targets.
  • Working with integration teams on test chip layouts.
  • Developing and transferring technologies into high volume manufacturing.
  • Collaborating with business teams to drive performance targets and cost analysis.

Qualifications include:

  • M.S or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Materials Science, or equivalent.
  • Deep knowledge of CMOS, SRAM, and eNVM parameters and figures of merit.
  • Understanding of transistor physics and fabrication details especially planar MOSFET and BJT.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and achieve project completion within timeline and cost targets.
