Job Title: SAP FICO Senior Consultant

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven SAP FICO Senior Consultant to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional consulting services and leading complex projects in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules.

Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead project teams in developing solutions for client situations, ensuring timely completion within budget and meeting project deadlines.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert guidance and support for SAP FICO module enhancements, upgrades, and integrations with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend SAP FICO solutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Global Perspective: Willingness to work in Japan, UK, and US rotational shift timings.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors degree or Master s in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, MBA (Finance or equivalent) or a related field.
  • Experience: 6 - 8 years of hands-on work experience as an SAP FICO Senior Consultant in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with strong time management and collaboration skills.
