Job Overview

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for delivering projects on time, to a high standard, and with excellent customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of technical drawings from various disciplines, identifying potential design issues, and anticipating execution risks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Review and comprehend technical drawings from all disciplines.
  • IDentify and rectify design discrepancies and foresee potential execution risks.
  • Verify and review work orders, BOQs, drawings etc.
  • Create detailed project execution schedules highlighting interdependencies between tasks.
  • Audit site work through regular site inspections and remote monitoring with quality control.
  • Ensure all quality and timeline-related requirements are met.
  • Provide technical guidance and instructions to site supervisors.
  • Maintain stakeholders informed through weekly progress reports.
  • Analyze data to identify performance bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Be the quality custodian of your projects, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on key initiatives such as SOPs, pricing, and new projects.
  • Nurture vendor relationships and address their concerns promptly.

Key Requirements:

  • Management Graduate or Construction Management degree from a reputable institution.
  • Strong Project Management/Engineering/Architecture background with 6+ years of experience.
  • Deep appreciation and understanding of site execution for home renovations.
  • Ability to assess design feasibility and visualize on-site conditions.
  • Process-driven project management professionals with quick problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and capable of prioritizing work.
  • High level of ownership and learning aptitude.
  • Past experience in Project Management/Operations is essential for this role.
  • Preferable if worked with Ops-focused startups.
  • Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and strong data analysis skills.
