Job Opportunity
We are seeking detail-oriented individuals to evaluate websites from start to finish. You will follow a checklist and test the usability of assigned websites, checking payment options and completing small test purchases.

About the Role
We're looking for talented professionals to conduct comprehensive website testing. You will visit assigned websites, understand their purpose, and identify any issues or areas for improvement. Your tasks will include:
  • Visiting assigned websites and understanding their purpose.
  • Following a step-by-step checklist and recording findings.
  • Testing user flows like browsing products, adding to cart, and checking out.
  • Spotting and reporting issues like broken links, confusing content, or accessibility problems.
  • Checking payment methods and completing test transactions.
  • Confirming post-purchase details like order confirmation pages and email receipts.
  • Prioritizing issues based on severity and suggesting quick fixes.
  • Keeping stakeholders updated on progress and reporting blockers.
  • Handling login details and test data securely.

Tools and Software Used
You will use the following tools and software as part of this role:
  • Web browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge (desktop and mobile).
  • Screen capture tools: Loom, CleanShot.
  • Task tracking: Jira, Asana, Trello.
  • Docs: Google Docs/Sheets, Notion.
  • Security tools: Password manager, VPN.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to:
  • Complete all checklist items and test scenarios.
  • Deliver clear, detailed, and easy-to-understand reports.
  • Verify payment methods accurately and complete test purchases.
