Payment Associate - Investigator
About the Role:The Payment Associate - Investigator is responsible for supporting the Investigator Payments team in setting up and maintaining ICON's investigator payments. This role involves working with the team lead to resolve customer concerns, improving job performance, and gaining knowledge of IPG systems and processes.
Responsibilities:- To support the Investigator Payments team in setting up and maintaining ICON's investigator payments.
- To work with the team lead to resolve customer concerns and improve job performance.
- To gain knowledge of IPG systems and processes.
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience preferred.
- Ability to liaise successfully with all levels of management at ICON, vendors, and clients.
- Good working knowledge of PC applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access.
- Excellent organizational, administration, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills.
