Job Title

We are looking for an experienced Community Leader to manage and oversee the development of our city. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and team management, with the ability to drive results, expand market reach, and enhance customer satisfaction.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will develop strategies to acquire merchants and retailers across multiple segments, focusing on driving growth, increasing revenue, and expanding our customer base.
  • They will source, generate, and close new acquisition and activation leads, using their skills in negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving to achieve results.
  • Leading and managing a direct sales team is a key aspect of this role, requiring strong coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills to drive team performance and achieve sales targets.
  • The selected candidate will also be responsible for driving promotional strategies to boost market penetration, visibility, and customer engagement, leveraging their knowledge of marketing principles, branding, and advertising.
  • Regular travel across the city is required to expand market reach, establish relationships with key stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities.
  • Ultimately, the goal is to consistently achieve sales targets, exceeding expectations and contributing to the company's success.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of success, including achievement of sales targets and expansion of customer bases.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and relationship-building strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
