We are seeking an experienced Strategic Sourcing Executive to join our team at Acme Services.
The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies, negotiating contracts, and managing suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic procurement plans for chemical intermediates and speciality chemicals
- Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with suppliers
- Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts with suppliers
- Monitor market trends and pricing shifts to make informed purchasing decisions
- Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the chemical industry
- Proven track record of successfully negotiating contracts and managing suppliers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
